Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us.

Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants and consumable products:

• No refunds once dispatched
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with images
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
